The scope included Casino Areas A & B, the promo and cage areas, high limits room and restrooms, food hall venues, bars throughout the property, a fine dining restaurant, OTB/sportsbook, public and back-of-house restrooms, elevator cabs, garage and garage lobby, as well as the 102-room hotel tower and lobby.
The project incorporated a wide range of premium materials and specialized installations, requiring detailed coordination, scheduling precision, and seamless execution across multiple venues and finish scopes.
